The Mission of the Elizabeth Early Childhood Programs is to provide a warm supportive environment where all children can master new skills, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Frontier Child Care

Frontier Childcare Center offers full and part time preschool with additional hours for childcare. We are open year round, serving children two years six months to Kindergarten age. For more information please call

Running Creek Preschool offers a traditional part time preschool located in the Elizabeth Community Learning Center (in the Frontier High School Building). This program follows the school calendar September-May. For more information please call

statement of child's health signed by a physician updated annually.

Parent Advisory Group (PAG)

The Parent Advisory Group (PAG) helps support the Elizabeth C-1 Early Childhood Programs through fund raising and activities.
Some of the past PAG projects have been:

Child Find

The Elizabeth C-1 Child Find team will provide families of children ages birth through five free developmental screenings or evaluations. These evaluations may include, but are not limited to, hearing, vision and developmental progress. These screenings are confidential and are conducted by licensed professionals employed by the Elizabeth C-1 School District. Elizabeth C-1 Kids Club

The Elizabeth C-1 Kids Club Program offers before and after school on site childcare at Running Creek and Singing Hills Elementary Schools as well as care for out of school holidays and summer at our Frontier location.
